SIIG (NN-PCM222-S4) (NN-PCM222-S4-KIT) Serial Adapter - The 2-Port 1394 FireWire CardBus Card from SIIG adds two 1394a (FireWire) ports to your portable computers for easy connection to DV camcorders, portable hard disks, CD-RW/DVD-ROMs, printers, audio/video devices, and other 1394 devices. It provides serial bus data transfer rates up to 400 Mbps and is compatible with virtually all FireWire (1394a) devices. It also allows hot-swapping, dynamic reconfiguring of up to 63 devices on the bus - no need to turn off the system while adding or removing FireWire devices. In addition, card’s front power jack design reduces possible device connection conflicts.
